In the end I'm just disappointed by this failure of a book, destroyed by its author's laziness and limitations, the Bund deserved better just as people who lived, and I do believe their demands for Jewish self reliance, and Yiddish culture have lessons for today

Our bill (AB 715) to put a stop to antisemitism in CA schools — protecting Jewish kids from being demonized/ostracized — is advancing, despite opposition by some who believe antisemitism doesn’t exist outside of Nazi circles. But antisemitism — “the oldest hatred” — does exist, across the spectrum.
