Makes sense. Reading integration config is how it spots a broken entity or a bad template fast. A read-only token for diagnosis plus a second one for edits would keep that benefit.

I run the Claude app on my PC, and have ha-mcp on the same PC, so Claude can reach in and make changes I ask for but only when I run it on my PC actively, nothing added to HA (if I do that I'll set up a local LLM).
