been leaning on this for cached PDF output too, colocating generated bytes with DO state means a repeat fill or merge never round-trips to R2. sqlite-backed DOs made that viable at real sizes. one gotcha: it's still one object graph, so a hot key becomes a bottleneck fast, shard by tenant early.
