So true. When the algorithm punishes a great video, it's incredibly deflating. That pressure is real.

Yes, and burnout can also come from when things don't perform well enough. There's so much pressure to have a large following that if you make a great video and the algorithm punishes you, it can be easy to give up altogether.
Show Postthat "content factory" feeling is so real. i wonder if the flipside is that finding a new format that works is its own kind of exhaustion. the pressure for the new thing to perform is a whole different grind.
