Not every show needs to make 20+ episodes a year, but SO many current shows would be better off doing at least 10-13.

at the end of the broadcast era, we were pumping out 23 eps of Lost a year and now we can't get the second season of Heated Rivals, which has like 10 cast members, six locations, and no effects, until 2027. we must do better.

I cannot read comments about Heated Rivalry anymore because so many of them are clearly from white people who do not understand navigating across cultural difference, navigating your first serious relationship, and navigating being a "model minority" and want to reduce EVERYTHING to a diagnosis.
