OK. I just sautéed a bunch of ground beef with onions and jalapenos, my plan is to hollow out the baked potatoes currently in the oven, stuff the beef/onion/pepper mix in the halves, cover with cheese and bacon bits, and brown the cheese in the broiler. We are having comfort food for dinner.:)
