Tomorrow I have therapy all morning, so I won't end up eating until after noon. At least I get to borderline "binge" tomorrow by eating all 3 meals in the span of like 5 hours, should help stave off any extra eating that could happen otherwise. Pray this food all falls out of me by the 30th.
