1) We need fewer meetings in the corporate world. 2) They SHOULD be accountability meetings. 3) Whoever runs these needs to show up with hard data, facts, a vision for improvement, and a goal to attain. We need meetings structured: facts, vision, goal, and team alignment. Then get back to it.
