Excited to share our next steps in pursuing ALC1 as a safe therapeutic target. We show that ALC1 loss expands PARP inhibitor sensitivity in homologous recombination-proficient, Cyclin E1-high cancers with minimal impact on non-cancer fallopian tube cells. link.springer.com/article/10.1...
