Those refer to entry of aliens. The “no tax on tips”, if I correctly read it, allows those who earn and declare tips to claim up to $25K as a tax deduction (with some caveats). Which is likely beneficial to a lot of people. It doesn’t mean no tips may be taxed.

Nick Shirley is a hero to the American taxpayer. I wish he had a team of dozens of fellow field agents and data/media specialists. If you're not outraged by the extreme fraud and theft of US tax dollars, you are either (1) willfully ignorant or (2) mentally deranged.
