Yep. I've mentioned this before but my credit score dropped from a perfect one when I paid off my mortgage. It told me my score had dropped because I don't have any active loans and suggested that I get some. Eff off, then eff off some more.

After the car accident that wrecked my last vehicle, the insurance payout let me covered the rest of the loan. So from the credit agencies' point of view, I suddenly paid off 11,000 dollars of a loan. This made my credit score drop 10 points. I can't explain how much I hate this system.
