The FDA recently approved a targeted therapy called lirafugratinib (Lyrfigtu) for people with advanced cholangiocarcinoma that has a genetic change called an FGFR2 fusion. The clinical trial that resulted in the drug’s approval was led by MSK's Dr. Alison Schram. https://bit.ly/4ALO4Yc

The FDA has approved the drug belzutifan in combination with lenvatinib for patients with a type of #kidneycancer called clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC). The approval was based on a clinical trial led by Dr. Robert Motzer, a genitourinary medical oncologist at MSK. https://bit.ly/4hiaiJO
