Are the charms similar? Of course, no denying that. But there‘s a difference between coming up with/using similar concepts and plagiarism. "Two cakes!" vs "I‘ll take this design and claim it as my own". An accusation of the latter is no trivial thing, you can ruin someone‘s rep with that.

I‘m a big fan of your work and I understand how seeing the similarities in someone else‘s merch can hurt, but I don‘t think you have a case here ngl. The elements you pointed out are common themes for these characters, and many folks create merch for Vash, Nai and Wolfwood (= the most popular guys).
