Text der RGR-Sondierungsvereinbarung deckt den von Elif Eralp konstruierten Gegensatz zur Demokratiebildung übrigens ausdrücklich nicht. Hier dient Verweis auf Demokratiebildung dazu, daß Schulen im Rahmen ihrer Autonomie weiterhin Jugendoffiziere der Bundeswehr einladen können.
