This is again City Property, the same Glasgow City Council "arms-length" body that nearly closed down the Trongate 103 arts centre with their exorbitant rent increases. Utterly disgraceful that the council is effectively punishing those who are doing work for them and putting lives at risk!

Turning Point Scotland comes up periodically in criminal cases in my regular court where it is a treatment option. Drug deaths are highest in Scotland, the impact from addiction widespread beyond that. But my profession only acknowledges it once a year or when stuff like this happens.
