I live in a town of 14,000 people some numpty replying to a post on local Facebook started on about us becoming a 15 minute city , you can I am sure walk from the furthest reach of the main part of this town to the centre in 15 minutes - its now just a meaningless phrase they repeat

I think you'll find St Davids is the only true 15 minute city: 1) It's a city, albeit the smallest in the UK. 2) It's about 1.5km at its widest - even at my age I can probably do it in 15 minutes. 3) Its population is just 1,800
