I'm going through the Freedom of Information response from @meabc.bsky.social in relation to restoring our rightful access to our shoreline - OVERWHELMING support for this from local people. Here are some responses. @aaron-skinner.bsky.social @dannydonnelly1.bsky.social @scdicksonmla.bsky.social

Incidentally, it's really heartwarming reading some of the accounts of older people who used to be able to freely access our beach and have fun when they were kids. Experiences denied to local kids now that all access is closed for >2.5km (including the PRoW). @aaron-skinner.bsky.social

I see the good people across Belfast Lough are having similar NIMBY-driven issues to us in Greenisland. What is it going to take to actually allow people to get access to our generational rightful paths? @aaron-skinner.bsky.social @barryndgreen.bsky.social www.belfastlive.co.uk/news/north-d...

Live in NI? Please read this, your life could depend on it. When I mention ‘mental health services are dangerously bad here’ people nod but few really hear and get it. This is is what is waiting for you or a family member when you need help… #NorthernIreland #mentalhealth
