I Google sundowning yesterday having seen it here and yes, it's a journey that 14 year old Otto is on. If the madness of old age creeps ever forward then losing almost all of his hearing in the last year or so adds. That aside, he's doing ok and 3 year old Lab Retriever X Ebony keeps him going.

I'm already in "grief mode" even though my 15 year old girl is still doing well. But I can see the changes and the decline almost daily. 💔💔
