6:17am, and pot roast is pot roasting. Brisket was browned, onion and garlic were seared, pot was deglazed with a nice cab sav, and everything is now simmering quietly for the next 2 or 3 hours. #Food
Show PostPot roast has pot roasted and ... honestly it didn't do anything for me. A basic beef stew tastes better, and I'll probably stick with that next time. (Family enjoyed it though so that's something, and I still have a half bottle of red wine to enjoy) #Food
