Decided on a whim to whip up some fresh salsa: local tomatoes, a couple shallots, fresh oregano, thyme, cilantro, garlic, and lime, some black garlic I had lying around, a couple chipotles in adobo, a dried ancho, and some freshly toasted cumin and smoked black pepper. Gonna be even better tomorrow

Holy shit I have a darkroom! In that, the room is dark when you turn the lights off, even during the day. The exhaust fan rattles, so tomorrow I'll pick up another piece of wood to secure the other side, and then I can load in!
