I forget to warn mine about stuff sometimes but she’s gotten enough snaps from the waiting rooms of my drs that she can recognize the walls well enough to know what issue I’m there for 🫠

Exactly. I feel like ppl in a position to actually do something about it refuse to because it costs money and they're apparently too dumb to think about the fact that not doing something about it now, will lead to so many people struggling worse and it affecting their ability to work etc

Exactly, which leads to burnout, which leads to even less staff, and the profession as a whole looking less attractive to young people trying to figure out what they wanna study.. it's a vicious cycle
