So I basically now have a plan for my next 11 batches of homebrew. Which is pretty much a years worth of beer. Hmm.

I've still got a few bottles of #homebrew Bergamot Witbier left. A mistake due to getting the wrong yeast - it was supposed to be a heffe - has turned out well. Much more bitter & hoppy than a Witbier stereotypically should be, but I don't want to brew what I can buy cheaply in the shops.

The reason for this planning is a) because it's a bit of a trek to the nearest homebrew shop, b) when I next go I'll probably end up buying another 25kg of pale malt which will do 6-7 beers, and c) I got carried away.
