FWIW, this is why I pressure can meals in a jar. It’s a ton of work, but all in one go, and shelf stable. being able to whip out some homemade chicken tikka, heat it up, add some cream…priceless. Minus the cost of jars, food, and time, ofc. 😂 but yeah miss me with that daily cooking from scratch.
