*Not a single prosecution* under the Terrorism Act 2000 vis Palestine Action has yet been brought to any court. Every single result of this restriction has been through innuendo, fear and censorship. That national security advisers can get tangled up in it shows how wildly absurd it is.

I find this story a bit sexist. Helm is her own person not an extension of her husband. She is entitled to her own views and (shock horror), they may differ from Powell!

Once again, does anyone believe this is the law acting as it should? Does anyone on *earth* believe, in good faith, that this has anything to do with terrorism? This is gross mismanagement of her brief by Shabana Mahmood and i don’t hear enough suggestions that she should step down.
