I actually reviewed a paper for this special issue a while back: www.psychologicalscience.org/publications... It would have been perfect for it. But maybe that journal (PPS), or New Ideas in Psychology, are good venues for it. Another one is Philosophy and the Mind Sciences (an AE there, so biased!)
