if ppl actually gave a fuck about real incest theyd put money and resources into support systems for victims to speak up (victims usually dont speak up bc they will lose their support system) but ig thatd require too much caring and help for other ppl and not enough emotionally satisfying punishment

the ideal scenario obviously would be courts ruling that training on copyrighted data does not constitute "fair use" as AI companies have argued, but seems unlikely to be upheld by the supreme court, given how in the pocket for Trump's interests they are.
