I love my job. But I don’t know if I can handle another project I’m cast in being as big as Digital Circus again. Sometimes I think I just want to retire out of the spotlight and social media early if I can; being a public figure invites too many vultures, especially when fandom becomes involved.

This isn’t a movie goof but public misperception, exacerbated by some tie-in material repeating the error: Short Round doesn’t wear a Yankees cap but a New York Giants cap. Shorty is one of the good guys; it should be obvious that he would never wear a Yankees cap.

I was talking with another Star Wars author during a signing at NYCC and they said something that has really stuck with me. They pointed out that their childhood bullies don’t get to have days like this. I’ve been thinking about that a lot.

Knights of Guinevere is Escape from Tomorrow but competent.
