I miss that city so much. Been about two years since I was back. Really one of my favorites. Stockholm too, but something about Helsinki just strikes me.

At times, I miss trotting along the rivers and forests of my hometown. I miss the cold mountain air, the sight of the lake in the sunrise. But I remember the people who live there. And I remember why I had to leave and never return.

I know I hated so much living there, but there's some sense of familiarity... I kind of miss it. My hometown (outside my house) and my room were my safe zones in a way, I grew up used to those places... sometimes, just the comfort of my room was enough to make me feel a little better
