Like, all you had to do to immediately understand what’s been happening here was to watch some of it on TV with the sound turned off, so you can’t hear the BBC reporter explaining that it’s all awkward and difficult and tricky. There you go, that is what it always was, minus the bullshit.

This must be the third video of wonderful voices singing global scales I have seen, and each is mesmerising and has taught me things I didn't know. Such as: That these scales exist and how they, the bare backbone of tunes, reflect and unlock whole world regions' music. This is amazing.
