I had such a great day at Crash Live today. So many lovely people to meet. Probably the highlight was meeting @balford.bsky.social who I kept calling Brian! He was so gracious he just ignored my senility and we had a lovely chat. What a legend! Also we appear to be twins!

Yeah I unplugged the board and checked first, but it managed +/-5 from 12v dc. Which is very convenient in this modern day and age. It does look like there's an 18vac connection to the board tho, I guess that just goes yo the edge connector??

The Elk does most of the work internally. In fact you can just pump DC into them and they'll be fine.
