I'm stuck in a loop...fully aware of how I default to cursory chatter, but unsure how to shift away to something more meaningful and engaging. Part of me wonders if this is just how I’ve adapted to online spaces.
Show PostBut it also shaped how I communicate in these spaces. I often feel pressure to keep convos going—even when I have nothing to say. That’s when I notice myself defaulting to flintiness or surface-level chatter without any real meaning to it. It's as if I have the words, but nothing to say.
