It’s not straightforward. I earn about half as much from a KU read as I do from selling a thriller ebook. But persuading someone to buy Book 1 of an unknown series is a much bigger hurdle. So for me, it’s a trade-off: lower income per reader, but a much lower barrier to entry.

There are two main sources for platform info: the one that departure boards use, which shows the actual platform in real time, and an “internal” one which shows the *expected* platform. You can access the latter via www.realtimetrains.co.uk. 9/10 times, the expected platform will be the actual one.
