It wasn’t just Obama’s deal, although I’m sure he’d like to claim credit, but it was a deal negotiated over years with the UK, Germany & France who all tried to maintain it after Trump’s unilateral withdrawal in 2018 but it eventually collapsed without the US support

America has a demented president running the country and the people who voted for him, or couldn't get themselves to vote for Harris so they stayed home or voted 3rd party, are responsible for this damn mess. Anyone with a lick of sense could have seen this coming.
