@bobbyjardin.bsky.socialThe Pot Still, Glasgow 🏴 2nd visit. 1000 whiskies and a canny cask ale range. Service very pleasant. Also known for Scotch Pies. Can be touristy, so swerve it at peak times if you're averse to loud Americans. Half a local IPA + Glendronach 12, Malt of the Month for £6.70, very reasonable 👍🍻
Show PostThe Old Toll Bar, Glasgow 🏴 1st Visit. Instant love for the Palace interior from 1893! Etched mirrors, ornate bar, niches + piano. Board games, comedy nights and a focus on keg ale and European bottles, though there's a cask line. Black Isle Pale. Pricier. Almost destroyed in 2014 🍻👍

Show PostThe Laurieston, Glasgow 🏴 3rd visit. Wasting no time at all. On our Top 100 Bars in Europe for 2026. Beautifully lost in time 60s boozer with an exterior that screams run a mile and an interior that says stay for the whole day. 2 cask lines, Pint of Jarl for £4.80. Free Jukebox. Wonderful 👍🍻
Show PostThe Star Bar, Glasgow 🏴 1st visit. Recent Youtube fame due to its 3 courses for £7 lunch deal. Basic but incredible value. Can't get a Denni menu in CZ for that! Service friendly. Tennants, tho not my fave, clean. Sweeping curved 60s interior with pool & lounge. Even keg IPA from Drygate I missed!🍻👍
