There are a couple of young bros hanging around outside the pharmacy. Real stereotypical. One big fat guy, one twitchy little guy who appears to be huffing a perfume sample he stole from a magazine. Both in hoodies and sweats and messy hair. It’s the saddest rural Macklemore video I’ve ever seen.
