Thanks! I have it working nicely now, I remap bilinear sampling coordinates toward texel centres so every sprite pixel snaps to a screen-pixel boundary. One texture tap, no weird pixel sizes. Everyone's mouth looks correct haha

It can be so hard to ignore the incessant message from the world that it’s too late. But it is far better to try than to lug around regret. Something I love about being older is how much faster I learn- I’m never really starting over because I always have that skill.
