I am sad to report my wonderful doggo has crossed the rainbow bridge this morning. Skywalker was the best dog one could have asked for. We were beyond fortunate to have has 12 splendid years with her. Give your pups a big hug for me.

It was our ritual. Every single night for over 14 years, I'd drape my hand out of the bed, ruffle his fur and tell him, "tonight is not the night, I love you,see you in the morning" Last night was that last night. Don't let anyone tell you it's JUST a dog. I'm broken.
