BTW, a secondary benefit of a DRAMATIC expansion of SCOTUS (i.e. triple the number of justices, not add 1 or 4) is that you could concomitantly expand the number of cases they take

If you would try to win by abandoning trans people (or any targeted group) you can save this “we need to win” talk; there is no “we.” I am about solidarity, and you have chosen anti-solidarity. If you try to fly a Chicago flag upside down to signal distress it just looks like a normal Chicago flag, which raises the possibility that every Chicago flag you've ever seen was flying upside down to signal distress
