@amandalehmannmusic.bsky.social I appear to have arrived in the UK ✈️ 1) I need coffee 👍👍 2) Then Official duties 😳 3) More coffee please 4) Then off East to see my Rasputin-esque, Deuteronomy quoting father 😰 5) More coffee 6) UP TO YORK on Thursday & Friday to see SRH & Co! THEN I can sleep!!
Show Post@amandalehmannmusic.bsky.social PS. Going to Ayelsham to see my abusive, violent, Misogynistic father is terrifying me. Like a lady confronting her rapist, in a small way. As someone said, I'm currently in the land of the lost, Walking down memory lane In a bad way... (& trying to bloody work!)
Show Post@amandalehmannmusic.bsky.social Dear Ms Tinkerbell, Those with the brains in my family (ie my daughters!) tell me that when "abroad" I have to use WhatsApp for chats So if you want a pint of LegWobblers Most Peculiar the day before the gig THAT is what will (maybe!) work Or THIS platform, I s'pose!
Show Post@amandalehmannmusic.bsky.social WELCOME BACK TO CANADA, Mr H! I will still be holding my bated breath until you return to Vancouver one day! AND LOOK WHAT ARRIVED AT MY OFFICE TODAY: Within days I'll be flying over ponds to see you. So, needless to say, I'm a wee bit excited right now!
Show Post@amandalehmannmusic.bsky.social The "Power that Be" now tell me that I can go to York THE DAY BEFORE the concert! AND THEY are paying for one night (that Thursday night before the gig) in a semi posh hotel! Steve & Jo have my number if you want to see trains, Minsters or want to share a Babysham!
