I do enjoy a bird that brings feather detail to life. Wilson’s Snipe certainly are birds that do that.This individual was very popular on #IOS this week gracing Lower Moors Pool often with a Jack Snipe,which it chased off. #UKBirding @rarebirder.bsky.social @waderquest.bsky.social #educationalbird

Superlative views of White-tailed Eagles were had on a daily basis during the @wildlifetraveller.bsky.social Danube Delta holiday this past week. There're few places in the world where you can get up so close and personal with truly wild individuals amongst an astounding wetland setting.
