It can be hard for CPTSD survivors who never had the safety or support to really develop our identity to take that project on as adults. Starting from scratch is intimidating. Begin by making a big list of things you like, that light you up (even a little), & looking for themes.

Agreeed. Same xD it's hard tho bc they program joy = not suffering and if you are really actually struggling in any form, you shouldn't be capable of joys. Same with the poverty pipeline. It's so fucked. So even if you know logically, the fear they instill is pretty fucked society wise. Anyways-
