Olive oil cake sounds all fancy and sophisticated but it’s actually the easiest (and kid-friendliest!) kind of cake to make from scratch bc you DO NOT NEED A MIXER to make it — it’s the one-bowl brownies of cake (needs 2 bowls though) (you can use whatever oil, too, including ghee or melted butter)
