This view from the bike lane on the way is exactly why this program is needed. Cyclists shouldn’t be put at risk merging into fast traffic & 30 people on a bus shouldn’t have to wait for someone parked illegally. Smart streets works! 82% of those with warnings didn’t reoffend, changing habits
