So, what next; rest I suppose, then build up slowly. Anyway there's more... (Not running though) I went for a flu jab at lunchtime, and, because of my age 😂😱😂😱 was offered pneumonia and shingles ones too! Bonus! 3 for 1! My arms are a bit sore now, but I'm still able to hold a beer. 🍻🍻

Evening all (remember Dixon of Dock Green?) My week of running(ish) Went out on Tuesday for a 5k - cut it short, calf pulling. Tried again Thursday, only managed about 100m. Attacked it with foam roller and my wife's heat thing and gave parkrun a go this morning - 1k and that was it. ☹️☹️

Good morning everyone! Today I ran for 3 hours! It was a bit of a hodge podge. Jeff’d it for 5 miles with my friend Kate, then took Bloo with me for a 5k and then finished the last bit by myself, reaching a half marathon and then doing strides for the last bit. Felt good. All the company broke it up
