Heute Nacht hat Rrssland das Zentrum von Kyiv mit einer „Iskander/M“-Rakete mit einem K5-Streubomben-Sprengkopf angegriffen. 58 Sprengköpfe explodieren in der Luft, über dem Boden, um auf einer Fläche von 400m x 400m möglichst viele Menschen und Fahrzeuge zu treffen.
