no one can stop me from creating a special halloween nail polish i made up in my head. i want tiny bat shaped glitters, little stars & a faint silver micro holo in the base and i just ordered an ounce of very small bats. how many bats is one ounce of glitter? I DO NOT KNOW. probably a lot!!
