Another weekend cloning run to finish this pesky and troublesome legacy plasmid domestication. Too expensive to synthesize with my current budget so I opted for some choice swappage. Harder that it seemed but I'll crack it. Come on, traditional cloning, do yo thanggg thanggg

Show PostGonna try this magic @plasmidsaurus.bsky.social dinosaur juice for sequencing my petunia transcriptome later this month. Will report back. A lil pricey but at 24 samples processed it's $4 per RNA sample prep when accounting for shipping of the juice. No dry ice is a big plus!
