We wrapped up with Padlet’s AI image tool. Teachers described their “happy place”, and the AI generated visual interpretations. These can be used for speaking prompts or creative writing.

For speaking, we looked at Mizou, a GDPR-compliant chatbot platform where teachers can create characters for students to practise conversations. Teachers get transcripts and feedback data.

Suno proved a real crowdpleaser! I used ChatGPT to write A2 French song lyrics on food opinions, then pasted them into Suno’s custom mode to generate MP3s. Great for pronunciation and listening.

TurboScribe was another highlight. This tool transcribes video and audio, even YouTube clips with no subtitles into editable, searchable text. You can use it to create MCQs or summaries via ChatGPT.
