Really coming to terms with what it means to be an educator has been completely upended gradually over years but exponentially in the past year. Really trying to focus on the impacts we still may have but it's incredibly hard to not be demoralized and just want to give up.

All of this! I would have far preferred that the state was putting forth a plan to create a state university based research initiative with long term goals towards this medical research. 38 is just taking advantage of our state's referendum system for a private business's benefit.
