Die Beeinflussungsmaschinerie, also Propaganda, Lobbyismus, Bestechung, etc. (+ nützliche Idioten), ist für Russland genau so wichtig, wie ihre atomaren oder konventionellen Streitkräfte. Ohne die kognitive Kriegsführung, hätte sich Russland schon längst aus der Ukraine zurückziehen müssen.
